Claudia Caporale has over 15 years of Real Estate Experience, listing and selling in the Mount Dora and Eustis areas of Lake County, and specializing in the Country Club of Mount Dora where you can live and play in your Own Back Yard!  Karen Mair is a Broker Associate with 10 years experience in residential and commercial properties.  Together Claudia and Karen will provide you with current information, reliability reputable company behind knowledgeable realtors.  Claudia is an 11 year resident of The Country Club of Mount Dora.

Her strong business background in the Hospitality and Property Management arena has given her the tools to be an effective listener and a responsible professional.  Additionally she spent 3 years as Activity Director for a local retirement facility where she learned patience and recognized the importance of individual needs.  She’s honest, diligent, and focused on your future.

Since joining Coldwell Banker Camelot Realty she has received multiple recognitions, including the Greater Lake Country Board of Realtors Multi Million Dollar club 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007, Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite 2004 and Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society 2005, 2006 & 2007.

Karen Mair has been a resident of Mount Dora since moving from the Orlando area with her husband in 1999.  She began her career in Real Estate in 1978 and was one of the first to work in the Commercial Leasing field in Orlando.  She has also owned and managed companies in Retail and Healthcare as well.  Her business background has afforded her experience in both marketing and negotiating skills.

Recognizing the need for broad exposure and a reputable brand name in this changing market, she recently joined Coldwell Banker Camelot Realty as a Broker Associate.
